About Us

A little about Sue...

Sue was born and raised in the Real Estate Industry, following in her Mother’s footsteps having hands-on experience from a hard working professional in the business. When her parents purchased The Baldwins Resort in beautiful Windermere on Lake Rosseau, she decided to further her real estate career joining Royal LePage in Muskoka and now Johnston and Daniel, the luxury division of Royal LePage. Specializing in the sales of vacation properties for over 36 years, Sue has sold 302 Cottages to date on Lake Rosseau alone.

Sue is a sport’s enthusiast and when she is not out on the lake showing properties you may find her training in a pool, biking, at the gym or golfing with her husband, Brian, a retired paramedic. Sue also enjoys quality time with her son, Hunter, a business graduate employed at Algonquin College in Ottawa and with her daughter, Hailey, a former national swimmer who is currently working with BOco Landscape Services, a branch of Muskoka Landscapers.

Now at the peak of her career, Sue still loves helping buyers find their perfect Cottage and assisting Sellers achieve their best possible price for their Cottage property.

You can find Sue and her assistant, Nancy of 27 years, at 118 Medora Street, Port Carling.
